Jean-Luc Chrétien was appointed co-CEO of FASTBOOKING in May 2015. He has 30 years of experience in the hotel industry and in distribution.
He joined the Accor group in 1986 as Marketing and Sales Director, first in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific zones, and then as the head of all leisure hotels. From 1992 to 2001, when he worked at Disneyland Paris, he contributed to the amusement park’s strong hotel performance as Director of Distribution and Sales Administration. Successively Director General of Marketing and Sales for Pierre et Vacances Tourisme from 2001 to 2004, and then Director of International Distribution for the SNCF, he re-joined AccorHotels at the end of 2007 as Director of Distribution, Sales and Loyalty Programme.
Jean-Luc is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
A digital and business services specialist for more than 15 years, Guillaume de Marcillac began his consulting career at Bain & Company before joining Disneyland Paris, where he was responsible for strategic planning. In 2000, he participated in the creation of Egencia, an online business travel agency which was purchased several years later by the Expedia group.
He served as FASTBOOKING’s Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2012, and then rejoined the company in May 2015 as co-CEO.
Guillaume is a graduate of ESCP Europe and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
From the beginning, alongside the founders, Jean-Louis Boss has been a key player in FASTBOOKING’s development, especially its digital business.
A marketing specialist, Jean-Louis began his career in the marketing department of Reader’s Digest. He then took charge of overseeing statistical analyses at the Yves Rocher Group, where he rose rapidly up the ranks and became the Director of International Development.
His experience with internationally renowned brands enables Jean-Louis to bring to FASTBOOKING real client expertise in terms of positioning and online sales development.
Jean-Louis is a graduate of Rouen Business School (École Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen).
After holding positions as Marketing Director for Hotel Plaza and Director of Sales and Marketing for Laguna Palace Hotel, both synonymous with the best in Venetian hotels, Francis-Louis Passerini started his own Internet service company in 2002. In this role, he quickly partnered with FASTBOOKING by becoming the company’s sales representative in Italy before advancing to the role of Director of FASTBOOKING’s Italian subsidiary in 2005.
In May 2014, Francis began directing the region of Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is based in Venice.
Francis is a graduate of the University of Bologne.
In 2001, Pierre-Charles Grob started his career with Accor in New York, where he contributed to the creation of the marketing department in North America for the Sofitel and Novotel brands. While still in New York, he joined the Monaco Tourist Office to promote this destination and its luxury hotels.
Returning to Europe, Pierre-Charles was first at the Monte-Carlo SBM group in various roles – sales, marketing and e-distribution – and then joined FASTBOOKING in 2010. He began by leading revenue optimisation for the company, and then rose rapidly to manage operations in Europe.
Since 2014 Pierre-Charles has been FASTBOOKING’s Director for Asia. He is based in Singapore.
Pierre-Charles is a graduate of ESSCA (École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers).
After spending 5 years as Chief Operating Officer at Availpro, Eric Peyrard has a deep understanding of the issues facing independent hotels and hotel groups. He is also tech savvy, having been in charge of operations at several major IT companies — IBM, Oracle and GE — and serving on the board of the French software company Mandriva. With his extensive experience in hospitality and technology, Eric has a clear vision for how hotels can utilize digital tools to their greatest advantage.
Named in June 2016 as FASTBOOKING’s Managing Director, he is “the voice of the client” for France and northern Europe. His goal is to empower his Sales and Accounts Management teams to help hotels leverage on technology and become even more successful.
Martial Graslin has spent his entire career in services oriented towards clients in France and around the world. While at Emailvision (now Smart Focus), he led pre-sales activities in the EMEA region, set up the company’s account management organisation in the United States, and was Global Director of client support and deliverability teams.
Martial joined FASTBOOKING in 2014 to take over the functions of Customer Success. In charge of implementation, training and support, he manages locally based teams to meet our clients’ needs.
Martial is a graduate of City College of San Francisco.
Stephen Jacquier has 16 years of experience with the AccorHotels group, where he has occupied different finance positions. His profile is largely oriented towards the international sphere, notably Brazil and other South American countries. He served as Accor’s CFO of South America from 2005 to 2009, and then became Executive Director of Internal Audit.
Stephen was named CFO of FASTBOOKING in May 2015.
Stephen is a graduate of ESCEM (School of Business and Management) in Tours, France.
During the course of his career, Jean-François Paccini has acquired solid experience in Internet technologies and the online travel industry.
Jean-François has been Technical Director of FranceNet; CTO of the online business travel agency Egencia, a position he held for 10 years; and Technical Director of SoLocal Group (formerly PagesJaunes Group), where he had been in charge of site development teams and mobile apps for PagesJaunes since 2009.
Jean-François joined FASTBOOKING in November 2015 as Chief Technology Office.
Jean-François holds a PhD in Informatics from the University of Geneva.
Trained as an agricultural engineer, Christine Davaine very quickly transformed her talents into the service of technology in the hospitality business.
After working as the IT Project Director in a large engineering company, Christine joined AccorHotels in 2001 to build the hotel group’s reservation system (TARS), and then worked to develop connectivity with GDS and OTAs. She was then promoted to Distribution Systems Technical Officer and broadened her experience in the fields of CRM, B2B, Revenue Management, and Decision Making. Since 2014, Christine has played an essential role in the AccorHotel group’s digital conversion by piloting worldwide projects on the entire SI platform.
Joining FASTBOOKING in January 2017 as Chief Product Officer, she leads the strategy for the advancement and development of technology solutions.
Christine is a graduate of the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon (INA-PG).
