Comment : Die günstigen Zimmerangebote bei einer langfristigen Vorausbuchung sind nicht mehr stornierbar. Von der Möglichkeit der Stornoversicherung ist auf Grund der geforderten aufwendigen (schriftlichen) Verfahren abzuraten. Des Weiteren werden davon "nur" Extremfälle abegedeckt, so dass ein Reiserücktrittsversicherung von Kreditkarten in den meisten Fällen günstiger ist.

Comment : bei einchecken Schlüssel von bereits vergebenen Zimmer erhalten; am 2 Tag hat mein Schlüssel nicht mehr funktioniert, jedes mal langer Weg bis zurück zur Rezeption; am Anfang wurde auch nicht eindeutig angegeben wo das Frühstück eingenommen wird womit ich im falschen Ort gelandet bin dort wo das Frühstück schlechter war und die Leute ausgesprochen laut

Comment : There was always a queue at the reception and only 2-3 people behind the desk (thus had to wait approx. 5 minutes for any enquiry). Plus, even though there was a wireless service on the ground floor, I still couldn't get any connection and nobody seemed to be able to help me.
