Comment : the only problem of the rooms is the glass door of the toilet - it's unpleasent and un comfortable, considering that the door doesn't close to the end,as it's not a normal door.

Comment : Our overnight train arrived Vienna early morning.
When we checked in around 9am, the receptionist
told us the rooms are ready for us (though normal
check in time is 2pm). The girls at the reception
were very pleasant and helpful.
We paid for the Executive room to enjoy the executive lounge facilities (the internet in the executive lounge is much faster than the internet on the ground floor). However, the executive room is
very basic (shower only in bathroom). The Dove
shower cream is very difficult to squeeze out of
the "wall-attached" bottle.
All in all I would still recommend this hotel because
of the great location and the executive lounge
facility.

Comment : Really for the price, the room was poor !!!! All the stuff was correct for a 2 stars hotel, but UNACCEPTABLE for a 4 stars standard :
1/ Room to small
2/ Single room with double occupency
3/ Smoke odor inside the room
4/...
Be sure I will never come back...

Comment : Die gute Lage des Hotels ist der einzige Pluspunkt. Ich halte die Einordnung in die Vier-Sterne -Kategorie für irreführend. Wer den entsprechenden Komfort sucht, wird zwangsläufig enttäuscht. Allenfalls drei Sterne sind da gerechtfertigt. Beengtes Zimmer. Staub im Kleiderschrank.Nur mäßige Sauberkeit nach der Herrichtung des Zimmers. Zimmer und Bad sind renovierungsbedürftig.
