Comment : We would have liked to know in advance that the room we were going to be allocated faced on to a main road used by trams and that it did not have air conditioning consequently even with the windows open it was unbearably hot and of course very noisy. Had we know this at the time of booking we would have sought an upgrade.

Comment : L'hôtel est bien situé, la décoration intérieure est moderne et agréable. Nous avons loué une chambre à deux lits. La taille est véritablement très petite et ne correspond en aucun cas à celle d'un 4 étoiles !

Comment : Habitación muy pequeña, situada en un oscuro patio y a la que se accede tras subir unos tramos de escaleras. Falta de aireación y paredes de papel, sumamente ruidoso.
Personal de recepción muy desagradable. No lo recomiendo.

Comment : Ich habe mich in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und werde es bei meinem nä. Wien-Besuch wieder aufsuchen und es auch meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen.
