Comment : Fautes de place (problème réservation internet) nous avons été transférés à l'hôtel Floris Arlequin. Emplacement plus intéressant, m^me si l'hôtel possède une étoile de moins.

Comment : Breakfast was really good. Nice choice of food. Bedroom was a good size although it would have been better if there was more decoration in the room. For a 4 star hotel, I would expect a bit more luxury. Room was a little too basic but was very clean and well maintained.

Comment : Hotel calme et confortable, personnel très professionnel et discret. Juste une remarque : l'éclairage du plan vasque était défectueux.
Petit déjeuner : jus de fruit "chimique" et omelette en poudre. Rien de tel qu'un oeuf au plat !

Comment : I would suggest two ideas to improve the stay at this hotel:
1. a warmer welcome definitely makes the difference. the personal was really pleasant and helpful but misses some of the basic behaviors for a better standing. for instance, at arrival with heavy/numerous luggages it could really be nice to have the receptionist to give a help, call the lift, open the doors, etc...
2. a bit of color and decoration in the rooms. the rooms are pretty well furnished, fresh, comfortable and look nice - yet a touch of color (flowers or painting on the wall) would improve the impression and give a personal touch to each room.

Comment : L'hôtel est bien situé entre la gare du Midi et le centre ville mais ce quartier est malheureusement un peu "limite" au niveau de la fréquentation et de la propreté... On est étonné de trouver une telle qualité d'hôtel à cet endroit !!...
