Comment : La robinetterie de la SDB était sale de plus nous n'avions qu'une seule dose de bain douche pour 2 pers et qu'un seul peignoir.
La bouilloir permettant de préparer le café ne fonctionnait pas.
Les personnes à l'acceuil aimable par intermitence
Pour un 5* nous nous attendions à mieux.

Comment : Un très très mauvaisd service de réservation de taxi : le premier a eu 20 minutes de retard, et nous n'avons pas attendu le deuxieme qui avait 15 minutes de retard et allait nous faire rater notre train. L'hotel était incapable de nous garantir un taxi en temps et en heure et nous avons du nous meme arreter un taxi dans la rue car le personnel de l'hotel ne se bougeait pas. Quand meme très moyen pour un hotel 5 étoiles !!

Comment : Good hotel but rooms small, especially for 'Suites' when our room and our friend's were both similar size with no separate lounge area. Noise at front of building is distracting and made it hard to sleep, also aircon very poor and rooms very hot but staff and service excellent.
