Comment : We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were most helpful and quality of service was very good as you would expect in any five star hotel. The central location is ideal with close links for the underground or Eurostar which makes a great base for exploring. The Hotel Metropole is a very grand old lady, well worth a visit and a refreshing change from all the bland chain hotels around Europe. 10/10

Comment : The hotel is not a five star hotel. It´s nice and the style interesting. The service at the reception was perfect. But the furnitures, the utilities in the room and bathroom are not like a five star hotel. With your hepl we got a good price. But if you think about the "real" price (459 Euro)for one night, it´s defintiv not worth it.
