Comment : Hotel was well priced for location, but lacked simple things like kettles -- when we requested a kettle, we were told to get hot water from the bar. But even though the bar was having its "happy hour", there was nobody behind the counter. Also seemed to be understaffed as reception was almost always crowded.

Comment : le lit deux personnes n'est pas trés agréable puisque c'est deux lits collés, il y a donc un trou entre les deux lits. Sinon les matelats sont excellent.On a trés bien dormis

Comment : In the night there was no hot water. When I rang reception, I was told rudely to wait for it to heat up. I said I had been waiting for 30mins. I was told to wait longer and he put the phone down on me.
- This standard of hotel should not run out of hot water
- This standard of hotel should not be rude to guests
No discount was given for the lack of hot water.
I shall definitely not be recommending this hotel.
