Comment : This is a charming hotel with a personal touch. A little bit pricey but then I suppose you get what you pay for in life. I particularly liked the staff, the decor, the free perks such as internet access and tea and biscuits available all day. On Christmas eve they cracked open a bottle of Champagne for the guests. You'd never get that in a hotel chain. Actually as I write this message and my recollection improves I would say I LOVED this hotel. Five stars all round. Guy Sanftleben.

Comment : We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. However, we would have appreciated more information from your front desk staff about the restaurants available in the Old Port part of Quebec. We found the restaurants near the hotel to be over-priced, touristy and of poor quality. These were the ones recommended by your staff. With our own digging the next day, we found much nicer restaurants in Old Port (e.g. Cafe Le St. Malo).
