Comment : The hotel was ok. It is a 3-star at best and the price was appropriate. The baby crib was in disrepair and created a safety hazard. There is NO excuse for this. Internet connection was free & good, but with an awkward wall jack location.

Comment : la chambre était surchauffée et aucun air climatisé. Quand nous avons demandé d'y voir,on nous a répondu très sèchement qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas. Très décevant. Nous aurions apprécié qu'on nous offre une alternative.

Comment : je remercie particulièrement ERIC de son accueil, son devouement, sa disponibilite, sa gentillessse, sa faculte à repondre à toutes les demandes;
il manque dans les appartements du sous sol un produits pour disperser les mauvaises odeurs
il manque du personnel au petit dejeuner, une seule personne c'est nettement insuffisant compte tenu de la capacite de l'hotel, il faut ajouter du fromage au petit dejeuner
je garde un EXCELLENT SOUVENIR DE MON PASSAGE CHEZ VOUS - c'est la 4e fois que je viens au canada et jke pense que je reviendrai

Comment : It was very clean, management courteous and helpful. There was definitely a distinction (price range) between the two types of rooms offerred (i.e. one located in the main building and the other where we stayed attached but not connected. For what I needed for this particular stay, the accomodations were quite adequate and most importantly very clean! Beds could be a little softer.
