Comment : The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. Their possibilities to do so were just a little bit too small. E.g., the promised wireless was not working and could not be fixed. Other customer were comlaining about brocken lights etc. The floor in my romm was tiled, which made the feeling of living in a corridor (strange). It not that difficult to hear other guests, even if the TV was switched on. The furniture was going to break, especially my bed had a crack of nearly 1 centimeter already. Maybe Geneve is expensive, but I would have expected a little better ambience for that amount of money.

Comment : The reception desk workers, were most of the time, unpleasant. The wi-fi network didn´t work properly - it was impossible to use internet.

Comment : Rooms open to the street were very noisy due to high traffic and construction works in the nighbourhood. No sleep possible after 5:30 in the morning.
