Comment : Très joli hôtel, mais situé dans un carrefour très bruyant (trams, traffic) - gênant lorsque on veut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes mais probablement pas un problème en hiver.
Mauvais accueil: le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation et nous accusait presque de lui mentir, alors que nous avions un e-mail de confiramtion de l'hôtel. Absolument antipathique et ne s'est pas excusàé lorsqu'il a retrouvé noter réservation. Cela fait uen très mauvaise impression à l'arrivée, surtout pour un hôtel qui se veut "leading hotel of the world".
