Comment : I found all the staff to be very freindly and helpful, and the proximity to the railway station very convenient. The rooms are a bit small but clean and user freindly so good value for money.

Comment : Trotz Richtung des Zimmers auf sehr verkehrsreiche Strasse war der Innenlärm minim. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Auch kostenloser Zugang zu Internet sehr geschätzt.

Comment : We paid 54 Euro for this hotel. It was a bargain. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable. Free access to internet was also a big plus. We had no problems connecting our laptops and downloaded the latest 'Lost' episode. Best of Luck.

Comment : The service at the hotel was very warming, all staff made us feel welcome and helped us in every way they could.
The room was suitable for us.
The breakfast was lovely it was topped up whenever it was low.
The hotel was a godd distance away from the city centre and right outside is a tram stop.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Comment : Located next to Train Station and downtown Frankfurt, is easily accessible and good service. A bit noisy during the night, but overall rating is 8/10. Free wireless internet definitely a plus.

Comment : Hotel Europa was a very nice, neat and clean place. The rooms aren't that big but at the price they are more than worth it. The employees were very friendly and really helpful. I think that I will be staying there everytime I visit Frankfort.
