Comment : The smokers lounge caused the reception to smell heavily of smoke at all times which was very off putting. better ventilation is needed

Comment : I would not hesitate to return to the Savoy Hotel - it is in an ideal location with helpful and friendly staff and a truly excellent breakfast buffet.
