Comment : Rather unappealing frontage to the hotel but beyond that the hotel was a great base from which to explore the city. Our room was fine but staff failed to offer a warm welcome. Really handy for metro, station,bars restaurants etc.

Comment : Staff at checkin were not very friendly. Outside of hotel is covered in graffitti; very different from the picture. Inside is fantastic

Comment : Hotel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la puerta del sol et de la plaza mayor. Chambres contemporaines très propres. Personnel très aimable. Possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner (churros et chocolat/café) à 10 metres de l'hotel dans un endroit convivial pour 2,5 euros par personne. Nous recommandons vivement.
