Comment : 3 problem:
1)receptionist didnt speak and they couldnt undrestand english.
2)Once we were in a trouble at the bank in city center as the hotel was realy far from there so we called the hotel to send us a copy of our pass port, 2 times the guy in bank called hotel and he spok in espanish and once I called them to send us this fax but we never ever received that.
3)last day for payment the machin refused my credit cart and I was obliged to waist 1 hour to find an ATM to get the mony. if people there could speak english maybe they could be more helpful.

Comment : les heures pour prendre le petit déjeuner se terminent trop tôt. Il a été impossible pour moi et mes enfants de manger à 10h15 du matin, les employés n'ont pas voulu nous servir.

Comment : Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir et le personnel de l'acceuil ne parlait ni le francais,ni l'anglais que le Catalan donc on a pas eu d'explication sur l'hotel, l'horaire des petit dej, le prix.. rien! De plus la piscine est innacessible donc pas de baignade!!! Un peu déçu...

Comment : C un bel hotel ( un peu loin du centre de barcelone ==> TRAM+METRO) mais il y a bcp trop de circulation de voiture, c'est comme un boulevard périphérique à paris, donc par conséquent bcp de bruit de voiture et bcp de pollution à l'extérieur.
