Comment : Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le prix que nous avons payé (60 €), cependant il ne s'agit en aucun cas de prestations d'un hôtel 4 étoiles !
La petite piscine est bien agréable, la dimension de notre chambre était trés correcte ainsi que son isolation phonique.

Comment : Unfortunately I experienced the most inefficient and time-consuming check-in I have ever known (despite being the only client at the counter). The clerk continually broke off and ignored me to take long phone calls without any apology or "excuse me" and was then unable to properly process my credit card until she eventually got it right after much wasted time.
The hot water supply was barely lukewarm and took an age to get up to even that temperature. The bath enamel was in poor condition and there were black mould stains on the ceiling above the shower (room 303).
The level of noise in the room was unsatisfactory, both from ajoining rooms and from the Avenguda del Puerto. All in all I came away disappointed.

Comment : The hotel is in a bit of a no-mans land, but its a nice 20 minute walk down the landscaped river bed to the old town, its the right side of town for the beach and its near the new art galleries and oceanarium complex.

Comment : Breakfast - the heaters beneath container with eggs/sausages was not lit on either morning so they were cold and had to be reheated in a microwave which is not an ideal solution.
