Comment : Rooms: floor cleaning was only occasional in the rooms; the shower hook could not be kept high. The three drying clohes were in any case changed every day in spite of our wish to spare the washing environmental burden. We would rather have a fourth driyng cloth for the fourth of us. The appartment approach might be improved: the hallway moquette was stained, the air there beard som oudors from the cook and the lights were minimal.

Comment : Manque plan d'accès détaillé sur site internet : on se perd facilement dans les méandres de la défense. L'accès au parking est de plus très mal indiqué et les hôtesses d'accueil ne connaissent pas le nom des rues dans l'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel. Après 2 tours de circulaire, j'ai enfin pu accéder à l'entrée du parking.

Comment : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frasers Suite Harmonie at La Defense. The service staff were helpful and facilities were great. I would highly recommend this place to families who are looking for value for money accommodation.
