Comment : l'accueil s'est tres bien passé ,le personnel etait tres disponible et courtois(bar,reception) mais la chambre standard n 'est vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles et la salle de bain était sale,les draps n'ont pas été changés bref j ai trouvé mieux en 2 étoiles

Comment : Overall is a nice place and the staff is very helpful and nice. However, I encounter a problem in which hot water was not available in 3 of the 7 mornings I stayed there. If the hotel management takes care of this problem, then it is a great place to stay.
I cannot recommend it to anyone else because of this problem.
I want to add that management gave me a suitable discount on my bill to compensate for my uncomforts.
