Comment : Le petit déjeuner pour enfant a été annoncé à 10 euros au départ et au moment de payer cela a été demandé 20 euros. Cela fait beaucoup pour un enfant de 9 ans qui mange peu.

Accessibilité très médiocre.
Isolement par rapport à Ezze.

Comment : Der fitness Raum muss überarbeitet werden. Teppiche sollten gegen Laminat ausgetaucht werden (sind schmudlig und erzeugen Allergie)
Deutsches programm wäre im TV gut. Sonst Personal ist perfekt unds bemüht. Auch die Fugen zwischen den Flisesen müssen oft erneuert werden ,sonst wirkt es unhygienisch. Sauberkeit mittel bezieht sich auf die Teppiche. Auch die Massage-Dame als Service war bemüht aber amateurhaft, also wechseln.

Comment : L'hotel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, nous avons eu l'occasion d'aller dans autres hotels équivalents, le service est différent (accueil, accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre, réception au restaurant...) là, nous avons du chercher notre chambre.parking laisse a désirer( gravats, palette...), un aménagement serait souhaitable;aspect pas trés net des moquettes dans les couloirs

Comment : Vraiment, un panorama à couper le souffle, pour 160 € il y a tout ce qu'il faut et des prestations qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs, alors que les chambres peuvent être le triple de ce prix-là. Sans discussion, un de meilleurs hôtels.

Comment : Je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'avoir été dans un 4****, la situation géographique est fabuleuse mais elle ne fait pas tout. Seul un appareil de sport fonctionnait, activité annonçait mais inexistante, des serviettes de bain utilisées traînaient un peu de partout dans l'hôtel. Un très bon accueil mais un entretien trop négligé.

Comment : Excellent situated hotel to explore Nice and Monaco with ample secure free parking.All the staff were very friendly and approachable throughout our stay. We were pleased that we paid the extra for the breakfeast, there was a good choice which included hot food. The pool are was great to relax around with breath taking views out to sea. The room which was comfortable and clean also had a sea view. The bar area was very clean with a modern appearance although a little pricey for a large beer, but you can live with that because the idillic surroundings and atmosphere compensate.
