The hotel was really lovely and the staff were friendly - especially nice in the breakfast room.
It would be helpful if someone checked the bathrobe pockets before sending them off to the cleaners !!!
There cant be too many to check and I think it belongs to the service in a small hotel.
My husband took his gold chain off in the sauna and forgot about it. The next morning the washing had already been picked up and we were told it would be almost impossible to get it back - a pity since it is of sentimental value.

1. Isolation phonique : bruit des canalisations d'eau le matin au moment où les voisins utilisent leur salle de bain
2. Petit déjeuner : pas très bien organisé. Il faut réclamer son thé ou son café plusieurs fois avant de l'avoir; manquent parfois des couverts ...

Comment : Nous avions la chambre juste en dessous de la salle à manger nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil à partir de 2:00 AM, nous entendions le parquet craqué sous le poids de la personne qui y travaillait, le bruits de casseroles et même d'un robot culinaire ou quelque chose du genre. Et en général l'isolation laissait vraiment à désirer, bruit dans les couloirs, bruits de l'ascenseur depuis notre chambre.

Comment : nice hotel but too far from town, empty (so poor atmosphere) and service poor - lpoor attention to detail, eg
- minibar not replenished
- sauna not on ready for end of skiing
- no soap in sauna shower etc etc
- general lackadaisical approach by staff
