Comment : très bon hotel accueil tres bon.
petit dejeuner un peu juste en choix pas de fruits.
personnel hors saison agreable au petit dejeuné.
parking quand on sait rentré est très bien bien ecouter les instructions.
je suis rentrè avec un 4x4.

Comment : This visit we were put into the new Annex accommodation - very nice, but telephone call from Ireland to contact us, Reception informed caller "No people of this name staying at the Hotel" A pity because this caller from ireland needed urgent information. C'Est la Vie!!

Comment : Very noisy hotel, lots of crowd, difficult to aceed, obliged to take parking for 12 euros a day otherwise no place to park. There are other friendly hotels at entrance of lourdes, nearby the rail station taht would be more intersting for the same price!!
Breakfast served form 7 to 9H30: too early for me, never was able to have breakfast there!
