Comment : La qualité du lit est moyen, c'est trop dur. Le bruit dans l'hôtel. Un 1er étage qui ne fait pas propre du tout (surement à cause de travaux). Salle de bain impécable.

Comment : Trés bonne situation permettant de visiter Rouen à pied. Excellente literie. L'hotel pourrait améliorer la qualité de ses prestations avec un meilleur petit déjeuner et revoir l'isolation phonique.

Comment : Quand la femme de chambre nous a réveillés, on se serait crû au service militaire, hors nous n avions même pas dépassé l heure convenue. Aucun tact, c était horrible.

Comment : very hot in the evening especialy with no ventilation in the bathroom. had to sleep with the windows open which was very very noisy. a fan would have been nice to have in the room.

Comment : une partie des rideaux étaient au sol lors de mon arrivée et ils ne permettaient pas de pouvoir occulter entierement les fenêtres;

Comment : Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre. C'est un endroit très chaleureux à recommandé!
