Comment : Trotz beengter Raumverhältnisse hat uns das Hotel insbesondere wegen seiner Lage sehr gut gefallen.
Verbesserungsvorschläge: Mehr Haken im Zimmer / Badezimmer.
Für zwei Personen zu wenig Wäsche-Fächer.

Comment : I had a slight problem when I arrived in that I had requested a double room for single occupancy and was put into a twin room. I spoke with reception and was told a move was not possible as the hotel was full. I then spoke with the duty manager (Anna I think) who was extremely helpful and arranged to move me to a double room within a couple of hours.
If there was to be a negative comment it would be that, whilst very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished, the room was very small. The bathroom however was perfect.
