Comment : EXCELLENT location. Right in the middle of everything for the tourist: shopping, varied restaurants, museums/culture, old architecture, government services. They'll help you with short or long tours into the amazing country. Modern services in a beautiful hotel with a history.

Comment : Front desk staff was very earnest and helpful. Beyond that, the hotel seemed to be resting a bit on past glories. While the room was tastefully decorated, the sound insulation was not great -- could easily hear my neighbors. The television selection was minimal. Moreover, room service -- always the gauge of a hotel's quality - was haphazard. The guide to the hotel's services indicated that breakfast on Sunday began at 7:00 in the restaurant - though that was completely inaccurate. Seemed that nothing kicked off for another 1-2 hours. For the price paid, I have received far higher value at 5-star hotels (this was labeled as only 4-star, based on the posting at the doorway). I would not recommend this to others.

Comment : The staff were VERY helpful, I felt that they felt their job was to make sure all our needs were met and that we had the best experience possible. It seemed normal for them to go out of thier way each time to help us out best they could (booking excursions, organising breakfast cleaning up a broken glass!). A very lovely, well maintained hotel
