Comment : We struggled up the first flight of stairs (the lift started on the first floor) with our luggage only to be met by the porter saying we should have rung the bell for assistance. Perhaps there should be a more prominent notice, or/and information on booking about the bell.

Comment : Poised between two Gucci window displays, the Albergotto was a wonderful base from which to explore Florence. Value far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast service excellent. Would recommend.
