Comment : The service and welcome we got was really brilliant. The Breakfast was great. Was just a bit disappointed with size of the room. Very small. no iron or tea making facilities but may be this the norm? staff on reception and in bar just great

Comment : Just back from a fab 3 night break in Venice. The hotel was fantastic.Everyone was very helpful and the location was spot on.San Marco square was a 2 minute walk away.The hotel even laid on a free boat trip to the Glass factory which was very interesting and I would recommend you go.There was no push for you to purchase anything either and the items I bought I did not see in any other shops.
We booked superior rooms which are even better than any photo I had seen before going.When we opened the window a gondola was sailing pass and a man singing with an accordian which was beautiful.
One down fall for staying in this room was it can be a bit noisy in the mornings as deliveries etc are being made to the hotel but all in all I would not have changed a thing .

Comment : très bien situé. proche des ponts de l'academia et du rialto, de la place san marco. calme. ils nous ont même offert le taxi et la visite d'une fabrique de verre à Murano. le restaurant de l'hotel est également très bien.

Comment : Pour un couple et 2 enfants, la chambre était petite. les lits d'appoint encombraient l'espace de la chambre prévue pour 2 personnes voire 3 mais sûrement pas davantage.
Par ailleurs, un manque de rayonnages évident pour une famille de 4 qui reste 5 nuits !
