Comment : The Hotel was one of the best we stayed at during our visit to Italy. This was real value for money. Breakfast was good, however after the morning rush I do not think that the Breakfast Buffet was replenished adequately for the other guest. The only snag was getting to the hotel from the Airport. The Hotel was about a fifteen minutes drive from the airport. Should one be looking for comfort and Style and the best hospitality, visit this hotel I'm sure that there are easier ways to get around.

Comment : It was totally absurd that the hotel did not have soap -the explanatin that the supplier didn't bring any was unacceptable -soap is readily available is most drug or grocery stores -we went and bought our own, but havign paid 150 euros for the room we shoudln't have had to.
We did not get breakfast offered.

Comment : Overall a pleasant stay.
Our initial welcome was not as friendly but once Frederika was on duty we were made to feel very welcome. A very good employee. As we did not know it was a non smoking hotel we had to stand outside to smoke - no facilities were provided
