Comment : We were very happy with the location and size of the room. However, there was construction going on right above our room and it was impossible to rest during the day. We were also awoken early in the morning. Lastly, our room's fridge did not have anything except for water! There was a little kitchennette area but there were no cutlery, cups nor any utensils.
Also, the breakfast area was awkward - at the entrance of the hotel. There should be a proper breakfast room. We were disappointed that there was no hot food provided as all the other hotels we had visited in Italy provided a hot breakfast instead of just croissants.

Comment : There was no internet access in the room even though there was a information card saying there was. The desk clerk did not speak english when we checked in. The room was a good size. The location was not great but the neighborhood was a lot better than around the main train station.
