Comment : "Isolation sonore des chambres" : nous étions dans une chambre où nous entendions chaque chasse d'eau tirée, quelque soit l'heure, et avions l'impression que le bruit de celle-ci était largement amplifié. A tel point que ceci nous réveillait dès qu'un voisin tirait la chasse... Seul point réellement négatif et déplaisant.

Comment : Excellent location within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Good room size and decoration with air condictioning which is vital when visiting Florence in July. Breakfast was a little disappointing with little choice. Could feature more fresh and Tuscan characteristics and not only pre packed products. However overall good quality and would happily recommend it to a friend.

Comment : Extremely polite and helpful personel at the reception desk providing multi-language assistance to customers (English, French, Spanish, and of course Italian). Ideal location on quite busy via Nazionale close to several excellent restaurant, tratoria, numerous shoops, central market and 5 min walk from the Duomo and the historical quarter. Our room was located on the 4th floor (80 steps) with access to a terrace overlooking the main street. The benefit of a table and chairs on this terrace would have been superb, unfortunately none were available. Weather was divine making our stay memorable.

Comment : Les hotesses parlent bien le français,c'est plutôt bien Mais le prix reste élevé par rapport aux services des hotels français, la salle d'eau reste trop petite par exemple Chambre très calme
