Comment : The site was gorgeous and the staff was delightful!! Loved the music that was piped in, it really set a hip vibe for the hotel. I cannot say enough about your fabulous staff. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The only area that was disapointing was the tiny room. We had a beautiful view but you had to pretty much crawl over the bed to get to the balcony to look out or crawl over the bed to get to the bathroom. There was not enough leg room to walk comfortably between the bed and the desk. We would definately return, we would just have to make sure that they had a larger room available.

Comment : Perhaps people could be warned about taking a room with a Canal view. It's scenic but it's also very noisy even late at night since canals are used for normal transport. The room was also a little dusty

Comment : Bien sûr, les dimensions de l'hôtel empêche à celui-ci de posséderder des annexes type salle de fitness ou autre, à part cela l'hôtel est parfait ! A noter que les "vue canal" sont aussi synonyme de réveil matinal (vers 5h00) par le bateau de livraison quotidien. Personnel super !

Comment : This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service from friendly, helpful staff to a wonderful breakfast. I had requested a waterfront view and was not disappointed, fantastic. The beautiful fresh floral arrangements just added to the ambience. Would definitely stay here again.
