Comment : The hotel was quite unique and although not in a perfect state of repair, due to the historic nature of the building, it had great charm. Breakfasting in the frescoed dining room was a treat. Service was friendly.

Comment : Fenêtre fermée ou pas, nous avons eu l'impression de dormir dans la rue principale tant le bruit était présent. Il serait bon de revoir l'insonorisation des fenêtres.

Comment : Les salles de bains sont vraiment plus qu'ordinaires pour un 3 étoiles supérieur!!!....l'hotel en général devrait être rénové car très vieillot et mal entretenu, propreté limite: huisseries qui ne ferment pas bien, simple vitrage, ascenceur petit et tjs occupé etc...et encore nous avons changé de chambre!!!

Comment : Hotel in an excellent position to access Florence, could however do with a deal of money spent refurbishing the rooms / basthrooms. Standards have moved up and on and Hotel Paris needs investment

Comment : The first room we were giving, a quad, was on the top floor, previously an attic. It was extremely hot, we were there in July. We were moved to a new room, in a different section of the hotel and it was rather nice and the air conditioner worked much better. The staff was very accomodating when we requested a room change. The hotel is in a great location, easy walk from the train station and close to all the attractions.

Comment : Un merveilleux hôtel qui permet, la journée finie, de prolonger la magie des visites des palais florentins. Le petit déjeûner sous un plafond décoré de fresques est un grand moment d'autant plus que le buffet proposé est d'un choix et d'une qualité remarquables.

Comment : Hotel un peu viellot, mais avec du charme, très bien situé, excellent rapport qualité/prix au tarif ou je l'ai obtenu. J'avais une grande chambre, même si toutes n'ont pas la même taille. Déjeuner avec un large choix , mais très moyen dans la qualité. Les chambres sur la rue principale sont bruyante malgré le double vitrage.
