Comment : Direi nel complesso un buon albergo ma certamente i margini di miglioramento sono diversi: a cominciare dall'accoglienza passando per il servizio
ristorante, per finire alla pulizia delle camere.
Non basta avere una eccellente posizione geografica ed un'otttima struttura senza curare il resto, anche perchè a pagarne le conseguenze è sempre il cliente.

Comment : Hello ! The hotel was beautiful but service was not good. I explain : when we arrive, the man who bring us to the room was very rude, maybe because he was waiting for us, the last guest ... at 8h30 we heard the chamber maid speaking very loud in the corridor and they knocked and entered the room immediately, I guess reception didn't tell them the room was occupied. Then we enter the breakfast restaurant at 10:05 am and they tried to refuse the access to us telling it was finished since 10 am. We told the boy that the reception told us it was ending at 10:30 so he accept after we insited strongly. Even if the schedule was right, I think that 5 mn are not a big deal ! Also there were still a lot of customers inside ...
Something positive : girls from the reception were very nice, friendly and smiley, thank you !

Comment : Tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Panoramalage. Fitness-Bereich im Freien mit Blick auf das Meer bis nach Taormina. Die (Doppel-)Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Zwei schöne Pools.
Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Aufgrund der Lage an der Steilküste muss man innerhalb des Hotelbereichs einige Höhen überwinden.
