Comment : Very old one. It was really hard to stand the smell of cigarette in the room. I considered having breakfast outside the hotel. I know what continental breakfast is like, but here the problem is its quality.

Comment : The staff was amazing and always so helpful and accomodating! 24 hour internet access, the quad was like a suite, spatious & very clean, and breakfast was better than expected. Walking distance from the station (we carried our luggage without having to take a taxi) and it´s a 10-15 min walk to the center of florence.

Comment : Très bon hôtel dans lequel nous avons très bien accueilli avec notre fils de 10 mois. Le personnel a toujours été très attentif à nos besoin. Hôtel à recommander tant en terme de situation géographique (à 10 minutes du centre ville) qu'en terme d'accueil.
