Comment : The staff were great and very helpful. We had issues with our onward flight to Thailand being cancelled (Bangkok airport closure) and they were very helpful trying to rearrange our onward travel and letting us stay on in the same room for 2 extra nights.

Comment : Es gab leider morgens Geräuschbelästigung. Hörte sich an wie Tische und Stühle, die über den Boden gezogen wurden.
Das Restaurantpersonal war etwas unbeholfen aber freundlich und willig.
Die Concierge war inkompetent, unfreundlich und unwillig.
Trotzalledem ein angenehmes Hotel.

Comment : De La Paix is one of the best hotels we have stayed in this region. The decor and lighting are excellent. We regret not staying there longer. Its very near to pub Street and is very happening. Absolutely best time!

Comment : Overall a great hotel to relax at after a day at the temples or markets before going out again at night. The rooms and facilities are of a very high standard, would definitely stay again if we go back to Cambodia.
We had the Connect package which included the 7 course Khmer dinner and I would recommend that everyone try this out. It was amazing.
The only criticisms would be:
- The beds are very hard and could do with a cushioned mattress cover.
- The service in the main and pool bars were extremely poor and you quite often were left waiting for 15 minutes or more to get any service, even when there plenty of staff standing around.
Luckily this was not the same in the restaurant, where the service was great.
- also disappointed with the community and market tour which seemed to have been forgotten about and the person then assigned to go with us on this didn't really seem that interested and went back to the hotel before we even went to the market. However I think this was just this individual.

Comment : the service level of the staff at Hotel De La Paix was way above expectation. They have gone out of their way to make our stay a very welcoming and delightful one. Their attention to details was impeccable, I would return to Hotel de la paix, and would recommend this over and above any other hotels in Siem Reap.
