Comment : This was our third visit and our stay was as good as ever. The staff were very helpful and efficient and it was great seeing some of the same waiters again like the brilliant Vitor Ribeiro. One criticism - we would prefer there to be a no-smoking rule at eating tables, even outside.

Comment : Unfortunately the weather was a little colder than we expected. Whilst the room had air con with heating the whole area could have been better served with some background heat, the corridors and public ares were quite cold. If you want the hotel open during these months then you may need to consider additional heating.
