Comment : Our booking was handled inappropriately by reception. My son and his partner who arrived 20 minutes ahead of us were also surprised by the attitude at reception to our booking. Pedro Vasconcelos(who was not present when we arrived) talked to us the next day and apologised for the error and we accepted his explanation and apology.

Comment : Wonderful hotel. Beautiful decor. Attentive staff. Didn't realise breakfast was an additional charge though. Perhaps this needs to be emphasised. We arrived at 14.00hrs and our room wasn't ready and was told it would be about half an hour. Two and a half hours later it still wasn't ready. This was disappointing as were tired and wanted to get washed and changed. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne but it was a little fustrating. Future guests should be warned that rooms might not available until after 16.00 hrs.

Comment : I will never stay anywhere else. This was our first time visiting Lisbon, and the hotel made a real difference. Airconditioning excellent, staff very helpful, and breakfast wonderful. I felt like a queen, treated so nicely! I loved the room size and decore also.

Comment : Truly enjoyed this hotel! Tucked away just off Liberdade, a short walk to the center. Staff were friendly and very helpful in booking dinner reservations and making recommendations for things to do (particular beaches, transportation, etc.). I would definitely recommend this hotel.
