Comment : Attention 5 étoiles au portugal = 4 étoiles grand maxi en France. La partie Altis Suites avec une entrée et une reception indépendante est top. Personnel aux petits soins. Erreur en fumeur à la place de non fumeur rectifié trés rapidement. Infrastruture de l'hotel à disposition (restaurants, bar, piscine pas térrible , muscu minuscule, etc... Appartements trés agréables. LE COUAC connection internet payante et impossible à faire fonctionner dans l'appart !!! Aucune aide proposée !!! Privilégier les ordinateurs à dispo à l'hotel qui sont aussi payants mais pour lesquels la connection fonctionne.
Le concierge de l'hotel n'est en rien ce à quoi vous seriez à même d'attendre. Même pas en mesure de vous mettre à dispo des places pour un match de foot, uniquement capable de vous indiquer sur un plan ou est le stade ... Par contre coté petite réception Altis Suite que du bon.

Comment : Nous sommes tres satisfait de notre séjour à l'Altis Suite Hotel. Notres suite était spacieuse, disposant d'une chambre d'un salon, d'une cuisine toute équipée et d'une luxueuse salles de bains, meublée avec gout et confort. A plusieurs reprises, nous avons fait appel aux différents services poposés par l'hotel et avons apprécié les prestations offertes (réservation, room service). L'hotel est idéalement situé, à 10 mn à pied du centre historique de Lisbonnes.(le rapport qualité/prix y est excellent)

Comment : We were very pleased with the size, layout, equipment and amenities, and found the staff responsive and pleasant. At arrival--which was VERY early--reception checked us in right away, and after an initial problem--the first suite had not been made up--moved us right away to another available suite. We were quite comfortable. The property was near to shops. transportation and attractions. We did not know the Altis name previously, but had a very good experience.

Comment : Nous avons été très content de notre séjour et de la qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel. Un seul problème cependant: nous n'avions pas accès directement depuis notre appartement à la piscine de l'hotel altis...il nous fallait resortir du batiment pour ensuite repasser via la réception de l'hotel...c'est un peu dommage.
