Comment : Il était très compliqué d'avoir du chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner, variable selon l'humeur de la personne à qui vous le demandiez, en choisissant le responsable vous en obteniez.
l'automate à café délivrant le chocolat chaud était en panne et seul le responsable se donnait le mal d'aller préparer les boissons au bar de l'hotel
Les serviettes ont été oublié à 2 reprises, sinon lit en King size très confortable, SDB très propre et hotel proche métro et bus, quartier sûr et accueillant de Lisbonne

Comment : Le seul point négatif, sur le site où j'ai choisi votre hôtel, on disait qu'il y avait une navette. En arrivant à l'aéroport, on a essayer de localiser la navette pour ensuite prendre un taxi qui nous a coûté 22 euros. A l'hôtel, on nous adit qu'il n'y avait pas de navette mais il semblait au courant que cette info apparaissait sur un site. Je trouve regrettable cette fausse info. Merci pour votre suivi.

Comment : EL personal de recepcion,estupendo y con disposicion para ayudar.(a pesar del diferente idioma).en la habitacion,el mando del t.v. casi no funcionaba y en el baño, el calefactor estaba roto,ademas de tener poco espacio.en el desyuno durante los tres dias que estuvimos habia poca variedad y lo mismo durante dichos dias.

Comment : Le prix réel correspond à un hotel normal, je m'attendais à mieux par rapport au prix réel ( j'avais une reduction ), j'ai prix cet hotel en esperant avoir une vraie chambre de 170 euro, je vais dans des hotels aussi bien pour un prix de 5O euro.
