Comment : Beautiful hotel. Spotless, cleaned everyday. Location at the side of the park is a little out of the main part but use the metro, cheap and efficient to get around. Paid £50 pn good value for Bed & Breakfast and was upgraded to a junior suite.

most of the front desk staff members were very unpleasant and it seemed like an inconvenience when we asked them a question

Comment : the hotel staff were friendly and the service was good, the breakfast was excellent value.
on the minus side the room was a little small especially the bathroom.
if the hotel was alittle neare the centre it would have been perfect for our requirements.
