Comment : Only one Mistake: There is a Sat-TV with many programms, but you can find no Programm in German Language!
Nur ein Fehler: Es ist eine Sat-TV-Anlage mit einer Vielzahl von Programmen vorhanden. Kein einziges davon jedoch ist bin Deutscher Sprache.

Comment : The staff were exceptionally helpful with phone calls regarding our lost baggage (we spoke no Portuguese) and recommended a good restaurant/bar for a meal.

Comment : the hotel reception staff were very helpful. it was dissappointing that the bar did not serve alcohol, the hotel was fine, just a bit "down at heel" in appearence
