Comment : We asked the hotel reception to call for us to book a table in a restaurant as we do not speak Portuguese. The answer was clearly that we should call by ourself. We requested a late check out and for 1 hour more we should have paid one entire day.
Not very flexiblel and not very client oriented.
But very good situation

Comment : Je recommande cet hotel mais il faut savoir qu'il se trouve une superette en bas de cet hotel. Ce magasin recoit une livraison tous les matins à 7h ce qui engendre un peu de bruit

Comment : pour un trois étoiles il n'y a a meme pas un point d'eau dans la chambre,pas de wc ni de douche ni meme de lavabo dans la chambre , le bas des portes est abimé,dans la douche commune la peinture est écaillée

Comment : Le séjour c'est bien passé mais la première chambre qu'on nous a donné était très mal isolée la salle de bain petite et la chambre l'était également. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et si nous devons retourner à lisbonne je donnerai le numéro de la deuxième chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourner.

Comment : Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Das Hotel hat einfache aber ausreichende Ausstatung.Die Lage mitten in der City ist einfach super.Im Supermarkt unter dem Hotel bekommt man alles was man so braucht.
