Comment : Housekeeping services need great improvement. The maid didnt clean the cups and utensils.
The minibar was not replenished regularly. The floor carpets are not well cleaned and maintained.

Comment : I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. Firstly, my room was upgraded and hotel was also accommodating in extending the chack out time which really makes a difference in terms of customer satisfaction compared to other hotel.

Comment : I have wrote my feedback and return to the reservation desk upon checking out. Til now none of them get back to me. I have asked for a birthday cake and I called the hotel few days before and said it is for my husband'sname. However when I arrived at the hotel, apparently none of them are aware. Anyway the cake was delivered and the birthday card was in my name.

Comment : As you can see that I found the hotel excelelnt and your staff should be complemented on the quality of service. I will be returning.
I only need a light continental breakfast - so found the all in breakfast charge expensive.

Comment : Improve on the hotel's wireless. Had limited / no connectivity at all. On a positive note, I love the fact that the hotel was able to accomodate my late check-out of 4pm which is unheard of from other hotels in Singapore. Will definitely be back!

Gentillesse extréme et sincére de tout le personnel
Chambre spacieuse et bien fournie avec technologie récente
Internet gratuit dans tout l hotel , chambres incluses : à souligner car de nombreux hotels continuent à facturer ce service de maniére scandaleuse
Room service efficace et prix corrects
Petit dejeuner : parfait , possibilité entre continental breakfast et continental
Fitness center : matériel dernier cri, piscine ok, peut etre un peu petite
Location de l hotel, à quelques pas du magasin CK TANGS et ORCHARD ROAD , fabuleuse
Je viens d’ écrire au GM de l hotel, un français pour lui faire part de ma satisfaction réele( je suis pourtant un client difficile) en espérant que cela demeure ainsi ;
A tarif égal je reviendrai dans cet hotel, conniassant d’ autres établissements de moindre qualité dans la ville.

Comment : Fabulous Hotel, we stayed 7 nights and the service just kept getting better. We had our 19 month old with us and were always made welcome by staff. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean, free mini bar was a delight, and great value to boot!! Awesome hotel!!

Etant dans des chambres communicantes (mais porte fermée à clef) nous entendions un peu, à travers la porte en bois, les amis parlant à côté.
