Comment : I do think a hotel like this shold have better shower facilities for the guests using the pool, further more they do need a sauna if they want to be called a high class hotel!

Comment : The hotel is located close to the Chinatown MRT station, but it's still quite a long walk in the hot sun (even in December). The MRT station is on the purple line, so you need to stop at Clarke Quay interchange to get anywhere, which is a big fuss. We stayed in a Deluxe room. The room was clean, but way too small. We asked for an extra rollaway bed and with that in, we hardly had any room left to maneuver. We could also hear the piping and the flushing sound from the next room all night. Anyway, the buffet breakfast was the worst. We've seen a better selection in a 3-star hotel in China, and that's saying something. Bad, bad food! And just like all the other hotels in Singapore, our room was grossly overpriced. You could get a 5-star accommodation and service here in Thailand for a fraction of what you have to pay in Singapore. Now I wonder why I even went there.

Comment : Prix très cher car il y avait un colloque à singapour cette semaine et les prix ont flambés !!!! Hotel très bien situé près de chinatown, près de clarke quay donc idéal pour un touriste qui veut découvrir Singapour.

Comment : Very close to Chinatown with lots of little eateries around. Hotel staff were very friendly, beer in the hotel lobby bar was VERY expensive, but this is not unusual for Asian. Cost us $27 / 330ml tiger beer.

Comment : The ambience at the hotel lobby can be improved further by putting up more lightings to brighten up the hotel lobby as currently it look a bit gloomy and does not strike out as a quality hotel.

Comment : No advance notice given about the renovations taking place. Very noisy all during the day time. Web site states executive rooms have jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The room we were given initially had a shower/bath combined. The alternative was on a smoking floor.
