Comment : The staff could do with some customer service training! The hotel location was great. The bar staff provided terrible in service and quality of cocktails extremely poor. We paid $30 S for cocktails which we could not drink, advised the staff who did not care. The breakfast staff need to smile, it is such a small effort which changes the whole feel to the place. The rooms although small were great.

Comment : the intenet was not working in the room eventhough the blug was there, no sponge to shune the shoes, no shine mashine in a four star hotel!!!, no Q- tips in the bath room to clean the ears,...................
that is all.

Comment : The rooms are quite stuffy.I was not impressed by the fact that you can't open a window in the room. I also don"t think that you can control the air conditioner in your own room.
