Comment : Beds were too hard! Also we asked for a twin room with extra bed but were "upgraded" to a junior suite with 2 double beds. We would have preferred 3 separate beds as we had requested.
We have stayed at the Bel-Aire before and liked it therefore we came back.

Comment : We had a problem twice within 24hrs with ourroom swipe card, then also with electrics not working as a result of this. Apart from this excellent hotel.
