Comment : A l'arrivée, la chambre proposée était occupée!!! En outre, elle était en sous-sol.
La seconde chambre proposée toujours en sous-sol (fenêtre donnant sur un mur avec la rue au dessus) : chambre donc dans la pénombre toute la journée! Et en plus sans eau chaude.
La troisième chambre proposée (le second jour) donnait sur une rue très passante (absence d'isolation phonique). Par ailleurs, absence d'éclairage au dessus du lit et du bureau.
Demande faite par courrier pour rencontrer le manager de l'hôtel ; celui-ci n'a jamais répondu!
Le dernier jour au départ, nous avons enfin rencontré un des managers (devant notre insistance) : il nous a accordé 25 livres de réduction!....
Séjour à l'hôtel rempli de désagréments : nous ne sommes donc pas très contents ; nous sommes très insatisfaits. Je pense que vous comprendrez notre insatisfaction.
Votre site n'est absolument pas en cause.

Comment : Faire payer 50 punds pour avoir fumé sur le balcon me paraît cher! surtout qu'il n'y avait pas d'interdiction de fumer à l'extérieur!! 12 pounds le ptit déj pour 1 croissant, 1 balon du café c'est très cher!! Je le recommanderai pour sa situation géographique.

Comment : L'hotel est très proche du centre (2 stations de métro de Piccadily).
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, dommage.
Les chambres reçues se trouvaient au -1, pas de fenetre sur l'extérieur

Comment : No internet service supposedly due to renovations & desk staff could offer no alternative. Not good enough these days. TV in room had poor reception - reported - inspected by serviceman but did not improve.
My bed was excellent as was soundproofing. It was nice to be able to open the window of my room.

Manque dans chaque sdb, crème pour la douche, savon, sèche cheveux, etc.
Manque aussi dans cet hôtel la mise à disposition d'un ordinateur avec accès (payant ou gratuit) à internet et d'un fax.

Comment : The airconditioning in the rooms does not work properly, its impossible to adjust the temparature and also the system doesnt allow you to switch it off, apparently it is controlled centrally and not in the room. Therefore we spent our stay in a freezing room and we had to get a hot air blower/ heater!
Also, not enough selection of room service food! The menu only consist of sausages and mash potatoes from an outside restuarant (i believe!),

Comment : We had two bookings, the first two night stay was in a very small room downstairs with no elevator service. This was less accommodation than we had expected or hoped for. Breakfast is not included. Boo! The second booking for 4 nights was on the third floor in a very nice sized room - we enjoyed this second stay very much. The service to book local tours from the hotel lobby was very helpful.

Comment : Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und es gern für einen eventuell weiteren Aufenthalt nutzen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und es hat unsere Ansprüche super erfüllt. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit.
