Comment : When a hotel has a check out time of 11am, it would seem sensible to ensure the lanscape gardeners don't arrive to blow leaves away and mow the lawns from 8am. A very rude (and loud)awakening when the most important aspect of a hotel is for the guests to get a good nights sleep.

Comment : On arrival of Taplow house hotel, check in was very straight forward and professional. I had booked especially a room with a four poster bed and on entering room 10 was very disappointed to find that there was a normal double bed in the room.
After a chat with the manager it was arranged for my partner and I to be moved to another room with a four poster bed. The service was excellent and the problem was resolved efficiently.
