Comment : Lors de ma demande, j'ai demandé de me confirmer s'il y avait un shuttle entre l'aéroport et l'hotel, Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. J'ai eu à me débrouiller et payer des frais supplémentaires, Ce qui augmente le coût de la chambre. Ce qui nous laisse un gout amer lorsque nous additionons tous ses frais. Et en plus il y a toutjours le pourboire qui s'ajoute.J'ai compris que vous faite affaire avec des entreprises extérieure de votre compagnie ?
