They are friendly, happy, and make staying there a memorable experience. While prices are generally okay for the accomodations, tours and airport transfers are much higher than locally available. Finally, the bikes are terrible and should be free of charge. Looking forward to coming back (to new bikes!). They put us in a Sea View room, but it didn't have a sea view at all. We had to make a big fuss to get changed into a room with a view. The new room was excellent. The other problem was that we had to eat their compulsory Christmas Eve gala dinner and I got food poisoning from the squid.
